We use a self-hosted instance of Pterodactyl for managing your hosted bots and services. No personal data is shared with the upstream Pterodactyl project.

Your data is stored securely in a managed online MongoDB cluster. This infrastructure is provided by MongoDB, Inc. and hosted in a secure cloud environment. While MongoDB hosts the infrastructure, it does not access or process your data beyond what is necessary for secure storage. Their privacy policy applies to the hosting layer only.

10. International data transfers

Your data may be stored or processed in other countries, depending on where our infrastructure providers (like MongoDB) operate. We take steps to ensure your data is handled securely.

11. Children's privacy

Our service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.
