• OAuth via GitHub and Discord (provider user ID, username, email address and avatar)
• Invoices (transaction IDs and all publicly available information on the blockchain)

• Usage data and analytics

2.3 Bot and service data

When you use our hosting services, we may collect:

• Bot configuration and settings

2.4 Authentication data

When you choose to sign in with GitHub or Discord, we receive authentication information from the selected provider. We do not receive your provider password. The data received is limited to what is necessary to create and maintain your account (see 2.1). You can revoke our access at any time from your GitHub or Discord account settings.

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• Providing and maintaining our bot hosting services
• Processing payments and managing your account
• Communicating with you about your account and services
• Ensuring security and preventing fraud

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

8. Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies only for essential purposes, such as maintaining your login session and storing basic preferences.

These cookies do not track you across other sites or serve ads. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features (like staying logged in) may stop working.

9. Third-party services

We use a self-hosted instance of Pterodactyl for managing your hosted bots and services. No personal data is shared with the upstream Pterodactyl project.

Your data is stored securely in a managed online MongoDB cluster. This infrastructure is provided by MongoDB, Inc. and hosted in a secure cloud environment. While MongoDB hosts the infrastructure, it does not access or process your data beyond what is necessary for secure storage. Their privacy policy applies to the hosting layer only.

For authentication, we offer sign-in with GitHub and Discord. When you use one of these providers, they authenticate you and share basic profile information with us (see 2.1). We do not receive your account password. Your use of these providers is subject to their respective privacy policies:

10. International data transfers

Your data may be stored or processed in other countries, depending on where our infrastructure providers (like MongoDB) operate. We take steps to ensure your data is handled securely.

11. Children's privacy

Our service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable laws. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy on our website and updating the effective date.
