• You are responsible for sending correct amounts to the provided litecoin address.
• We do not issue refunds for crypto transactions
• Transactions are logged and publicly viewable on the Litecoin blockchain.

5. Availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Downtime may occur due to:

• Maintenance.
• Infrastructure failure.
• Abuse mitigation.

We are not liable for losses due to outages.

6. Discord bot usage

If you link your Discord account, our bot may be used to:

• Manage server instances.
• Perform account-related actions.

You are responsible for any commands issued from your linked Discord account.

7. Account termination

We may suspend or delete your account if:

• You violate these terms.
• You request account deletion

You may request deletion at any time by opening a Discord ticket

8. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for:

• Data loss or service downtime.
• Crypto losses or incorrect wallet transactions.
• Damages caused by third-party misuse of your account.

You are responsible for any commands issued from your linked Discord account.
